Funeral services were conducted at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Enon Baptist Church east of Moberly for Mrs. Nannie C. Brown, 69, who died Saturday afternoon in Whitaker Hospital after an illness of six seeks. The Rev. George Cable officiated and burial was in Grand Prairie cemetery, north of Cairo.
Mrs. Brown is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Lillian Myers, Moberly; four sons, James H. and Chester A. Brown, Moberly; Ray E. Brown, Brookfield, and Walter T. Brown, Mexico; three brothers, J.A. Brooks, Slater, Will Brooks, Moberly, and Allen Brooks, Salisbury; and 12 grandchildren.
Mrs. Brown was born in Renick and spent her entire life in Randolph and adjoining counties. She was a member of the Enon church.
