Not many hours after funeral services were held Saturday in St. Henry's church of the Foxholm vicinity for her husband, Mrs. Joseph Ahmann, 75, died in a Minot hospital where she had been critically ill of pneumonia and heart trouble for a week.

Her death occurred at 12:14 a.m. Sunday. Services were held Saturday morning for Mr. Ahmann, 82, whose death occurred last Tuesday night at the farm home in St. Mary's township. The Ahmanns had lived in St. Mary's for 49 years.

Previously their home had been in Minnesota, where they were married 56 years ago. Mrs. Ahmann's girlhood name was Margaret Fuerstenberg.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ahmann will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Henry's church and burial will be in the family plot there beside the grave of her husband. The rosary will be said at 8 o'clock this evening at the Finnegan Funeral Home.

There are 11 sons and daughters all of whom with the exception of one, attended services for their father and are remaining for the funeral of their mother.

Mrs. Jack Holt of San Francisco was unable to be here. The others are Fred, Leander and Emil of Foxholm; Leo of Kirland, Wash.; Mrs. Edward Klosterman, Minot; Mrs. H. Willenbring, Foxholm; Mrs. Dan Gerringer, Mohall; Mrs. R.J. Walsh, St. Paul; Mrs. Ray White, Reno, Nev., and Mrs. Viola Sutton, Phoenix, Ariz. There are also 69 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. A sister of Mr. Ahmann, Mrs. Joseph Wagner of St. Cloud, Minn., who came for his rites, also is remaining for the services Tuesday.

The Rev. Anthony Kopp officiated at the requiem mass Saturday for Mr. Ahmann. Serving as pallbearers were Herbert Streitz, George Bentendorf, Joseph Eckert, George Phillips and John Duffner.
