Ida married Harrison Munroe Bethurem in 1904 in Missouri and had a son in 1908, Robert Len Bethurem. In 1906 they homesteaded near Kane, Wyoming. After 20 years there, they moved to Greybull and remained in that area the rest of their lives. She was hospitalized in Billings, Montana, at the time of her death.
