NILES – Catherine Bowerman, 83. of Riveridge Manor, died Friday in the nursing home of natural causes. Survivors include six sisters, Betsy Vandygriff of Cassopolis and Irene Leamon, Pansy Cleary, Fentaline Harrell, Dorothea Seals and Myrtle Shepardson, all of Niles; and a brother, Happy Hipshier of Niles. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan, where friends may call one hour before services.
