Born March 18, 1879, on a Dana Rural Route, he was the son of Thomas and Eliza Butler Arrasmith. He was married March 5, 1918, to Minnie Kiger, who survives. He had been a farmer.
Survivors include two sons, Thomas of Perrysville rural route and Charles of Cayuga; a daughter, Mrs. Charlotte Rose Shaw of New Lenox, Ill.; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sisters.
Services will be at 2 pm CST Monday at the Watson Funeral Home. The Rev. Clarence Ozier will officiate. Burial will be in Thomas Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home.
