Clara Boothe Greene, 80, of Botetourt County, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday morning, May 3, 2011. Clara was a longtime faithful member at Bonsack Baptist Church. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of 62 years, C. Paul Greene; her daughters, Rhonda G. Phillip and husband, George, of Purcellville, Va., and Barbara G. Felty and husband, Carlton, of Roanoke; her grandchildren, Heather F. Brown and husband, Thomas, of Roanoke, and Jonathan B. Phillip and wife, Laurel, of Sterling, Va.; her greatgrandchildren, Parker T. Brown and Karleigh A. Brown; her brothers, Harold Boothe, Walter Boothe and wife, Nettie, and J.E. Boothe, all of Troutville; and her sister, Betty Ann Koger, of Fieldale. A Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 5, 2011, at Bonsack Baptist Church with Dr. Robert G. Moore III officiating. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Bonsack Baptist Church, Choir or Building Fund in Clara's memory.
