Ronald G Derr, 78, Biglerville R2, died Wednesday night at the Warner Hospital where he had been a patient since March 16.
Born in Rocky Ridge, Maryland, he was a son of the late, John C and Annie (Anders) Derr, and is survived by his wife, the former Desma S Swartzbaugh.
A farmer in Adams County most of his life, he was a member of Flohr’s Lutheran Church, McKnightstown. Surviving in addition to his wife are a sister, Mrs. Nettie V Walter, Fairfield Road and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:00 at Flohr’s Church with his pastor, Rev Douglas Y Boden, officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
