Theodore "Ted" Rodesch, 68, Storm Lake, a Remsen native, died unexpectedly Wednesday, October 8, 1980 at his home in Storm Lake. He had resided there since 1956.

Services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic church in Storm Lake with Rev. Daniel C. Lynch officiating.

Burial will be in Remsen St. Mary's cemetery under the directio of the Farber-Otteman funeral home in Storm fLake. Rev. Richard birdsall, Remsen, will officiate at the graveside in Remsen.

The Legion of Mary rosary will be recited at 3:30 Friday at the Farber-Otteman funeral home in Storm Lake. The parish wake service will be at 8 p.m. all at the Storm Lake funeral home.

Paul was born September 1, 1912 at Remsen to Charles and Margaret (Boever) Rodesch. He was raised at Remsen and employed at Bud's Maytag.

He moved to Storm Lake in 1956 and was a former manager of the Cobblestone Inn and also managed the Elks Lodge at Storm fLake. He retired in 1977. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church at Storm Lake. Mr. Rodesch was a member of the Knights of Columbus at Remsen.

Paul and the former Evelyn Meinen were married September 19, 1945 at Remsen. She preceded him in death November 3, 1977. He was also preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Paul and Frank.

Survivors are a son, Charles of Storm Lake; a granddaughter, Chauntel Rodesch; a sister, Mrs. Gerald (Mitilda) Peterman of Burlington, Kansas and numerous nieces and nephews.
