Sylvester Glenn Doolittle, 38, well-known Muncie resident and employee of the city, died at the family home, 1409 West Tenth street, at 10 o'clock yesterday morning, following a brief illness.
Surviving are the widow, Edith Doolittle; the mother, Mrs. Alice Caroline Doolittle of Muncie; one sister, Mrs. Carl Corrello, Lima, Ohio; three brothers, Earl and Lloyd Doolittle, of Muncie, and George Doolittle of Cleveland.
The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Avondale M.E. Church, with the Rev. J. Walter Gibson in charge. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. The body will be removed from the Meeks mortuary to the home this afternoon.
