Thomas H. McEnroe, 96, lifelong resident of Amenia, died Thursday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Richard Kain, in South Amenia. He was born in Amenia June 8, 1851, son of Thomas & Margaret Mulligan McEnroe. He married the former Mary O'Brien in Dover on Oct. 26, 1887, and they celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary last month. Survived by wife, daughter Mrs. Kain; sons Joseph B, former supervisor of the town of Amenia; Thomas, Canaan, Conn; Leo, Sharon Station; William, Raymond & John, all Amenia; 19 grandchildren
