Farmer and Veterinarian, 52, dies at Hatley home

Amory, Miss., June 12 - Nathan G. Pullen, 52, died Thursday at his residence in Hatley. He was born and reared near Quincy. He was a World War veteran, member of Hatley Consolidated School Board and trustee, veterinarian, and farmer.

The funeral will be held at Hatley Methodist Church Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock with the Rev. W.C. Mattox, pastor, in charge, assisted by the Rev. K.Y. Stevens, pastor of Hatley Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Maumee Redman Pullen; four sisters, Mrs. L.M. Fuqua, Columbus; Mrs. Fannie Nash, Becker, and Mrs. Allen Cowart and Mrs. John Fitzpatrick, Hatley; three brothers, W.G. Pullen, Amory; R.A. Pullen, Aberdeen, and N.C. Pullen, Birmingham, Ala., and three daughters, Miss Ruth Pullen and Miss Eva Pullen, Hatley, and Mrs. Rangely Cash, Madisonville, Tenn.
