Amory - Maumee Vivian Pullen, 99, died Tuesday at the Amory Manor Nursing Home. She was a native and resident of Hatley until moving to Amory in 1979. She had attended Blue Mountain College and was a school teacher at Hatley for many years. She was the oldest member of the Antioch United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School for 50 years. She was the widow of Dr. Nathan G. Pullen.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today at the Pickle Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sammy Washburn and the Rev. Pat Ludlam officiating. Burial will be in the Hatley Cemetery.

Survivors include one son, Dr. Billie U. Flynn of Canton; three daughters, Mary Francis Cash and Ruth Brooks, both of Amory, and Eva Grace Jones of Hatley; nine grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Wilson Ellis, Larry Marett, Bill Fowlkes, Bill Flynn, Jon Flynn, Tom Crook, Ira Crook, Jr. and Raymond Pullen
