Agnieszka Lewandowska(Mysliwski) died age74years,8months, 27days. She was born on 6 August 1857 in the Duchy of Poznan. She died on 3 May, Tuesday evening at 7:45. She is survived by 8 daughters, 2 sons, 1 sister, 1 brother, 7 sons-in-law, 2 daughters-in-law, 18 grandsons, and 13 grandaughters. She will be buried from Kordys & Son at 1501 W. Lincoln Ave. to the church, SS.Cyril & Methodius and then to St. Adalbert Cemetery.

Her grieving survivors are: Marta Mrozinska, Marjanna Slupianowska, Bronislawa Ciezki, Monika Ciezki, Stanislawa Wielgorz, Pelagia Kowalska, Klara Zinda, Helena-daughters; Aleksander and Edward, sons; Anna Lewandowska, sister; Franciszek Mysliwski, brother; Balbina Mysliwska, sister-in-law; Wincenty Mrozinski, Jan Slupianowski, Stanislaw Ciezki, Jan Ciezki, Ignacy Wielgorz, Franciszek Kowalski, and Wladyslw Zinda, sons-in-law; Walerja and Brygida, daughters-in-law; Jozef Lewandowski, brother-in-law; Walerja Lewandowska, sisterin-law; 18grandsons, 18 grandaughters and 9 great-grandchildren.
