Mary married John Slupianowski on 29 April 1903 at SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic church by Rev. Szukalski. Witnesses were: Julius Swistenberg & Bronislawa(Blanche) Lewandowska.

SLUPIANOWSKI: Mary (nee Lewandowski) of 2024 S. 6th st., June 27, aged 61 years, beloved mother of Edward, Harry, Ralph, Eleanor Jaeck, Jean Migacz and Sylvia, also survived by 2 daughters-in-law, 3 sons-in-law, 6 sisters, 2 brothers, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Funeral services Mon. July 2 at 8:30 a.m. from Kordys Funeral Home, 1501 W. Lincoln av to SS. Cyril & Methodius church. Interment St. Adalbert's.
