Benjamin "Ben" H. Aycock, 69, of Alapaha, died Sunday, January 6, 1998 at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton.
Funeral services were held at Alapaha Baptist Church. Interment followed at Springhill Cemetery in Irwin County.
Mr. Aycock was born on October 15, 1938 in Irwin County to the late Johnny Mack Aycock and the late Willie Belle Singletary.
He was a retired shop foreman with Hubert Moore Lumber Company and
a member of Alapaha Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Ruth Deberry Aycock of Alapaha; two daughters: Jean and Staci; one sister: Mary Ruth Myers of Hawkinsville; and three grandchildren.
Lovein Funeral Home of Nashville was in charge of arrangements.
