The Shoults family was living in Valle Township, Jefferson Co., MO in 1910, but Blanche was in Vine Hill School near Cuba, Crawford Co., MO in 1901. It is known her sister Annie also attended there.
(Valle was named for the Valle family that originated in France, immigrated to the Quebec area, and eventually moved into Kaskakia, IL, and into Missouri. This was the family of Blanche's paternal grandmother.)
Blanche had multiple siblings and half-siblings, since her father and mother married multiple times.
