Harold Wayne Hyde, 72, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. Visitation is 6-8 pm Friday at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Services are 10 am Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the funeral home with burial Monday, August 23, 2010 at Bertha Dozier Memorial Park Cemetery in Montezuma, Georgia.

Mr. Hyde was a native of Arkansas and has been a resident of Brandon for the past 15 years. He was a faithful member of Crossgates Baptist Church where he was baptized in 2007. Mr. Hyde was an Army Veteran and retired from Miss. Baking in 2002 as a Field Service Manager.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Hyde of Brandon; daughters, Martha Horton (Tom) of Brandon and Marsha Gautreaux (Gilbert) of Larose, LA; son: Harold Wayne Hyde, Jr. of Louisiana;sisters, Estella Ivy and Betty Reed of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; brother, Freddie Hyde of Little Rock, Arkansas; 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
