Fremont Royal Hansen was always known as "Monte". He was the youngest child of nine of Ottoline Diderikke Madsen AAGAARD Hansen and Niels (Neils/Nels) Hansen. He was never married.
Monte started the Aeroplane Inn in Honey Creek, Iowa. It is a bar and restaurant still open today. Monte liked the fast life and a lot of ladies. He died in an auto accident driving a little faster than usual.
