The cemetery is actually in Heidelberg Twp not Slatington and is very hard to find.

He is listed as one of the original settlers of this community. He fought in the Rev War, PVT 7th Co., 3rd of Northampton. He married Elizabeth Barbara Gucker in 1749 Perikomen, near Philadelphia. Together they had at least 9 children. The book History of counties of Lehigh and Carbon, 1884 by Alfred Matthews says his descendants moved on to the Blue mountains, some along Lizard Creed, in Carbon and Schuylkill counties, none remaining in Heidelberg. Michael Ohl Sr. erected the main portion of the stone house which was still standing and used as a hotel. On one of the stones the year 1763 is carved.
