Wilton-Lewis Lang, 67, life-long resident of Muscatine county, died at Bellevue hospital, Muscatine, at 2:32 today after an illness of 15 weeks. He underwent several operations recently.
Mr. Lang was born in Wilton township March 25, 1872, the son of Nicholas and Margaret Lang. He was engaged in farming in that area. He never married. Mr. Lang was a member of the Settlement Evangelical church.
Surviving are one brother, William of Wilton and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Herr of Muscatine. His parents, four brothers and one sister preceded him in death.
The body is at the Griffith funeral home pending arrangements for rites.
