During Margaret's youth, she met Allen Grey Bell, whose mother had died shortly after his birth and came to live with his uncle and aunt, Rev. W. A. and Peggy Bell Gray in Ripley. On November 12th 1879 at the age of 18, Margaret married Allen, son of William Montgomery Bell and the later Margaret Nason [Milling] Bell. They would have nine children:

Dora Pearl (1888 – 1976)
Howard Graham "Gray" (1889 – 1922)
Dudley Joseph (1892 – 1967)

Allen George (1900 – 1982)
Margaret Minerva [Storey] Bell departed this life at the young age of 47 on April 14th 1909. She was laid to rest near her parents in English Cemetery Red River County, Texas.
