Mrs. Louise Schwartz, former resident of Dubuque, died {Mon}day morning at 3:45 o'clock at the residence of her daughter, W. J. Heckman, Elmhurst, where she had been living for the past year. The body will be returned to Dubuque and will be taken to Haudenshield Funeral Home on Central Avenue. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Schwartz was born in Galena, Ill on Nov 10, 1870, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. {Richard} Heller Sr., and moved to Dubuque when she was a young girl. She was a member of Immanuel Congregation and the Martha Society of the ____, the Ladies Aid Society, the ___beam Lodge Degree of ____ Parent Teachers Association, and the Visiting Nurse Association. On March 15, 1892 she married George W. Schwartz, who preceded her in death on M__ 7, 1936. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. W. J. (Hilda) Heckman, Elmhurst, and Mrs. Edward (Helen) Nank, Dubuque, Iowa; two sons, Louis V. Schwartz, S____, Illinois, and Frederick Schwartz, Independence; two sisters, Mrs. {Louis} Stolte, Rockford, Ill., and Mrs. {Alfred} F. Angster, St. Paul, Minn.; three brothers, Phillip Heller, East Dubuque, Chris Heller, Dubuque, Iowa, Fred J. Heller, Rockford, and one grandson.
She was educated in Dubuque public schools.
