STOLTE -- Mrs. Ida A. Stolte, 90, 251 Merrill Ave., Loves Park, died 8:55 p.m. Wednesday, Sept 29, 1971, in Fountain Terrace Nursing Home after a brief illness. Born Sept 14, 1881, in Dubuque, Iowa, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Heller. Lived 32 years in Loves Park and the previous 30 years in Rockford. Married to the former Louis Stolte on Dec. 15, 1902. Member of Bethany Presbyterian Church, and of the Eastern Star Lodge of Roscoe, Degree of Honor Society and the Tinker Swiss Cottage Auxillary. Survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. John (Loueen) Rapp, Loves Park; one sister, Mrs. Hilda Angster, Gig Harbor, Wash.; one grandaughter, Mrs. David (Joan) Sundstedt, Roscoe; three great-grandsons; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Nov. 17. 1938.
Services at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, with the Rev. Peter Carlson, pastor of Bethany Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial in Linwood Cemetery, Dubuque, Iowa. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, A memorial fund in her name has been established at Bethany Presbyterian Church, Loves Park.
