Mrs. George Foote

Lonaconing-Mrs. Isabel C. Foote, 71, formerly of here died yesterday at Silver Spring Hospital.
Born in Lonaconing, she was a daughter of the late George and Lora (Fazenbaker) McCormick, Mrs. Foote was twice married and both her husbands, Julius Creighton and George Foote preceded her in death. She was a member of the auxiliaries of Alvin C. Neat Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars and James P. Love Post American Legion.
Surviving are a daughter Mrs. Doris Anderson, Brookville, Md. three sisters Mrs. Alice Moffett of here Mrs. George Knatz, Baltimore and Mrs. Beatrice Bender, Frostburg, a brother George McCormick, Baltimore and two grandchildren.
The body is at the Eichhorn Funeral Home where friends and family will be received today from 7 to 9 P.M. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 P.M. and 7 to 9 P.M.
Services will be conducted there Sunday at 2 P.M. by Rev. John McClain. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Isabelle's name has been given two different ways one Creighton one Crichton. Military Records show George Thompson Crichton, died in WWll, Mother Mrs. Isabelle Foot, Dudley Street, Lonaconing, Maryland.
