THOMPSON Cora "Dee Dee" Isabelle Loyd Thompson passed away on Friday, February 13, 2009. She was born December 24, 1919 to the late Jackson Andrew and Effie Core Loyd and has been a life resident of Folsom, LA. The beloved wife of the late Alvin Warren Thompson, she is survived by two sons, Billy Loyd Thompson, his wife Dianne and Alvin "Gene" Thompson, his wife Dorothy; seven grandchildren: Kristi T. Moore, Steven, Paula, Sherri, Warren and Brian Thompson, Marla T. Poirots; 11 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grand-children. She was preceded in death by six brothers: Kelton, Gordon, Howard, Jim and Dixon Loyd, Burton Core; and two sisters: Ruby L. Magee and Ruth L. Morgan
