COLORADO CITY ~~ Funeral for H.B. Jennings, 42, 0f Big Spring will be held at 5 p.m. Monday at Kiker and Son Funeral Home here, with the Reverend C.L. Carroll, pastor of the 11th. Street Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in the Colorado City Cemetery.

Mr. Jennings died in Root Memorial Hospital Sunday following a heart attack.

He had worked both as a hospital attendent and truck driver.

Born January 22, 1917 in Palo Pinto County, he lived in Westbrook before moving to Big Spring in 1949. He moved to Nebraska in 1953 and returned to Big Spring about three weeks ago.

Survivors include his wife of Big Spring; his mother, Mrs. M.D. Jennings of Colorado City; two step-daughters, Mrs. Ethan Moorehead of Midland and Mrs. Louis Mercier of Lincoln, Nebraska; four brothers, Otis of Soccoro, New Mexico, Floyd of Midland, J.T. and Boyd both of Colorado City; two sisters, Mrs. Lena Jobe of Claunch, New Mexico and Mrs. Tom Perry of Colorado City; and two grandchildren.
