Aledo, Jan. 19 - Theodore H. Day, aged eighty-one years, died at his home in Aledo at 7 o'clock Saturday evening and was buried at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon. Mr. Day was one of the three or four now left of the earliest residents of the town of Aledo and as a carpenter built its first houses. He has lived in his present house fifty-four years. He wasa very house fifty-four years. He was a very workman, and an intelligent man. A brother, Jas. Day, has been for many years a prominent circuit judge in the state of Ohio. Mr. Day leaves of his immediate family his wife and three sons, Frank, James and George.
