Age 65, of Tampa, FL, formerly of New Castle, DE, passed away February 16, 2011.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed. Sandra was born in Charleston, West Virginia to Carl and Willa Withrow. She later worked as a military secretary, and married the love of her life, Lt. Col. Manuel Balseiro Jr., who survives her, along with their family; sons, Ryan Balseiro (Tara) , David Balseiro, Daryl Balseiro (Julia), brother, Carl S. Withrow (Charlotte), and 1 grandson, Peyton Balseiro.
There will be a funeral service to celebrate her life on Sunday, February 20, at 2:30 pm, with the family receiving friends beginning at 2 pm, BLOUNT CURRY FUNERAL HOME Carrollwood Chapel. Interment will be on Monday, February 21, 9:30 am, at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
