Son of William Edward Fisher and Martha Adkisson Fisher. Born 1845 in Tennessee, died 27 Jan 1898 in White Arkansas. William Thomas served in the CSA during the Civil War as a member of Crandall's 47th Arkansas Cavalry. After the war he married Martha J Adair on 26 June 1866. Together they had four boys; Clinton F 1867 - 1880, Walter S 1870 - 1899, J. F. 1872- and Quince 1876- 1952.

After Martha's death in 1880 he married Isabel Quillin Harper on 26 Oct. 1880. They had four children: Cordelia Florence 1881 - 1916 (married James Steelman, had 3 children) William Sterling 1882 - 1848 (married Myrtle Leona Webb, had 2 children), Thomas Lockhart 1884-1961 (married Cora L King had 4 children) and Robert Edgar 1886 - 1960 ( married Myrtle Virgie Dereuisseaux and they had 7 children.
