Mrs. Lucy D Curtis 87, of Fredericksburg died today, March 12, at the Medical Collage of Virginia Hospital in Richmond.
Born in Spotsylvania County Mrs. Curtis was a member of Mine Road Baptist Church and later attended First Church Of Nazarene in Fredericksburg, she is the widow of Walter E Curtis.
Survivors include five sons; William W Curtis, James R Curtis and Richard W Curtis all of Fredericksburg, Henry H Curtis of Shelby N.C.; Three daughters, Lucy Lynn of Detroit and Evelyn Savioe and Barbara Lockie, both of Portsmouth, 31 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 1pm Saturday at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel, with the Rev Mark S Pulliam officiating, burial will be in Mine Road Baptist Church Cemetery.,
Pallbearers will be Kevin Curtis, Matt Barrell, David Curtis,Mike Curtis, Hayward Gallahan and Roy Curtis.
