WALTER EDWARD KUSS, a retired truck driver, died Nov. 26 of Alzheimer's Disease. He was 86. Mr. Kuss was born in Memphis, Tenn. and moved to Covington in 1979. He worked for the Memphis Cotton Co. in Memphis for many years before moving to Louisiana. He is survived by his wife Marie Isabel Berry Kuss; two sons Richard Kuss of Memphis, Tenn. and James Kuss from Leonardstown, MD; and nine grandchildren. Mr. Kuss' body was donated to Louisiana State University for the purpose of studying the causes of Alzheimer's disease. Bishop Joseph Wells of the Morman Church officiated at a Memorial Service Nov. 30. Published in The Times Picayune 12-7-1991
