JOHN W ARNETTE of the Indian River Colony Club in Melbourne, FL - he was the son of Robert Evans and Sara Hall Arnette, the last remaining of ten. He grew up on Winnsboro, SC, attended Clemson University, was a retired, 27 year, U.S. Army Air Corp veteran, retired from the Florida Department of Labor and Employment Security in Coral Gables, FL and had a career in the export business. Preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Jean Pelton, surviving are sons, John C (Joyce) and Peter M (Denise) and grandchildren, John D Arnette and Karl L Essig. A memorial service will be held on March 24, 2011 at IRCC's Colony Hall in Melbourne, FL. Published in FLORIDA TODAY on February 4, 2011
