Mrs. Barton died Saturday, 15 Dec 1962 at the home of her son, Walter, after a lingering illness. She was a life resident of Henry County.
She married L.W. Barton December 25, 1900. He died previously. She was a life member of the Salem Congregational Church.
Mrs. Barton was born Nov. 30, 1878, the daughter of Alonzo and Martha Ratcliff Mosher. Survivors include her son, Walter; one brother, Amos, Olathe, Cob.; and one sister Mrs. Eva Barton, Salem; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Rev. Patrick Kelly will officiate. Burial will be in South Cemetery.
