ISAAC KUHN OF MONROE IS DEAD.
Isaac Kuhn, 54 years of age, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. J. S. Bloch of Hudson Lane, yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock, following an illness which covered a period of one year or more. Services will be conducted at the residence of J. S. Bloch tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock with Rabbi H. A. Merfeld performing the funeral and burial services.
Interment will be made in the Jewish cemetery.
Mr. Kuhn was born in Vicksburg, Miss., in the year 1868 and has been a resident of Monroe for the past fifty years. He was affiliated in the later years of his life with his brother, Guss Kuhn, in the garage business.
He is survived by his wife, one sister and six brothers: Mrs. J. S. Bloch, Guss Kuhn and A. S. Kuhn, of Monroe; Newton Kuhn, of California; Laz Kuhn and Abbie Kuhn of Hot Springs, Ark.; Lee Kuhn of Baton rouge. The two brothers from Hot Springs arrived this morning for the burial services.
The following gentlemen have been named as pall bearers: Arnold Bernstein, Abe Arent, F. B. Surguine, David Cromwell, Manny H. Marks, Frank P. Stubbs, Isadore Leibreich, H. P. Marks.
