"Allen B. Balmer
Allen B. Balmer, seventy-six, Rothsville, died at 5:45 a.m. Friday at the home of his grandson and granddaughter, Mr. and Mrs. John Lutz, Rothsville after a lingering illness. He is survived by the following children: Mable, wife of Christ High, Rothsville; Joseph, Ephrata R2; Cletus, Ephrata; Abraham, Reistville; Raymond, Ephrata; Henry, Lampeter; Allen, Lititz R1; and Anna Mary, wife of Benjamin Forney, Rothsville; also 18 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was a member of the Brethren Church for 50 years and a deacon in the church for 32 years."
