Benson and Hamptons parents are Mariah Jane Bonds and M.T. Hutchisons, Mariah and M.T. never married because Mariah didn't want to lose the Gov. pension from S.J. Bonds Civil war death. I don't know who Minnie is?

I often have wondered why my Ggrandparents, when first married in 1880 census, lived in Lowndesville, Abbeville,SC,
I now know it was because her mother Mariah Jane Casey Bonds was living there in 1880.
