Allen Thomas Bond, 73, died June 2, 1994.

Born December 28, 1920 in Coalville, Utah to William J. and Hazel Thomas Bond. Married Dorothy Larsen July 11, 1942 in Preston, Idaho. She died August 30, 1989.

Veteran of World War II. He was a shop teacher at Kearns Jr. High and Kearns Sr. High for 38 years, a carpenter and electrician. Avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Survived by children, Barbara Tucker, Green River, Wyoming; Dixie Bond Wright, Coconut Creek, Florida; Karan Bond, Boca Raton, Florida; Jerry Bond, Midvale, Utah; grandchildren, Christopher Tucker, Salt Lake City, Utah; Leslie Wright, Boynton Beach, Florida; and Taylor Wright, Coconut Creek, Florida; sisters, Merla Wilson, Payson, Utah; Mardene Harker, Idaho Falls, Idaho; and Marvis Bond, Heber City, Utah; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Joe and Katie Padjen; Fausto Rivas; and Oran Thomas.

Graveside services Monday, June 6, 11:30 a.m., Midvale City Cemetery, 450 West 7500 South. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State, Monday 10-11 a.m.
