LEE ROY ANDERSON WAS THE SON OF HUGH LAWRENCE AND NETTIE JANE WADE ANDERSON.

HE MARRIED DOROTHY LAWSON ON 21 APR 1966 IN HAWKINS COUNTY, TENNESSEE.

THE SIBLINGS OF LEE ROY ANDERSON WERE HUGH MURRAY, WILLIAM HENDERSON, JOSEPH LEONARD, MINA LOUISE, JERRY DEE, DANNY KAY AND JOHN CHARLES ANDERSON.

Surgoinsville – Lee Roy Anderson, 21 years of age, was in the U.S. Army and had reenlisted after a tour of duty in Germany and was expecting to be sent to Vietnam. He had arrived at the home here only Friday night.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Dorothy Anderson; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Anderson of Surgoinsville; sister, Mrs. Louise Castle, Yuma, VA; brothers, Hugh, Kingsport; Billy, Harriman, TN; Joe, Jerry, Danny and Charles Anderson, all of Kingsport; and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Alice Wade, Kingsport.

The body was taken to the Wilson Funeral Home in Church Hill. Funeral arrangements were incomplete Saturday night.
