H. Sharp Passes Away At San Angelo

Q. M. Sharp will have the sincere sympathy of his many friends in the death of his father, H.Sharp, which occurred at San Angelo at the home of his son, John Sharp.
Mr. Sharps funeral was held Sunday at that place with Rev. J. W. Hartsfield, pastor of the First Methodist church of San Angelo, conducted the services.
Mr. Sharp is survived by his wife and a number of sons and daughters. He was 84 years of age.
Mr.Sharp with Mrs. Sharp had spent several winters in Gonzales with their son, Q. M. Sharp, and had made a number of warm friends here who sincerely regret to learn of his passing.
He was a Confederate veteran and delighted to fore gather with other veterans of the old south and dwell on their past experiences.
Q. M. Sharp who was called to San Angelo to his father's bedside several days ago has returned home.
