Cornelius Frank was the son of Tingo and Amanda Jones Frank. He's buried next to his brother, Henry Frank, F-A-G Memorial #59990319. He was a lifelong resident of the Arbeka Town community and a member of the Arbeka Indian Methodist Church. Cornelius's father, Tingo Frank, was one of the early ministers of the church.
