Mr. Vine worked as a mecxhanic and welder for Wyoming Fabrications. He Enjoyed fisahing, hunting and camping.
He was a navy veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, William Arthur and Charles Ray; and a sister Anna Katherine Vine.
