The funeral of Mable Allen, 75, of Flora, was Sunday at Baker Funeral Home in Flora The Rev Oro C. Bogue officiated and burial was in Maple Lawn Cemetery. She died Thursday, March 1, 1979, at St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo Born Sept. 5, 1903. she was the daughter of John and Cora Pullen Her marriage was to Chalmer Allen, who died in 1971. She was a lifetime resident of Flora Surviving are two sons, Keith of Wilmington, Calif., and Max of Lafayette, two daughters, Marcella McWhorter of Canton, Ill. and Betty Handy of Flora; a sister, Ersie Hughes of Camden; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
