Elvira Cicciarelli was born September 8, 1908, in Toluca, daughter of Adam and Giovanna 'Jennie' Bartolomuccci, Matarelli. She married Frank Cicciarelli January 9, 1932, in Peoria.
Surviving are daughter, Rosalie (Dennis) Shealy; son Frank; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brothers, Guy (Rosetta), John (Edith) and Robert Matarelli and sisters, Gilda Matarelli, Anita Matarelli and Sylvia Frank.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on March 10, 1982, in Peoria and a brother, Julius A. Matarelli.
