The Masonic Fraternity of this city, or rather a portion of them, escorted the remains of Mr L G Brugh, of Fincastle, from the Fredericksburg to the Danville Depot last Saturday. Mr Brugh had been North to purchase goods, and was taken sick in Philadelphia, with pneumonia, where he died. He was at one time engaged in this city in the mercantile business.
