Mr. Riddle died July 26 at Cookeville General Hospital.
A native of Tennessee, he was the son of the late George W. and Rebecca Abston Riddle. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel Riddle; three daughters, Mrs. Marie Farris, Mrs. Mary Ethel Lanczki, both of Cookeville, and Mrs. Louis Snakenberg of Eldon, Iowa; two sons, the Rev. Hurshal Riddle of Cookeville and Joe Lee Riddle of Ottawa Lake, MI; three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude King, Mrs. Estelle Farris, both of Cookeville, and Mrs. Minnie Cleaeland of Ridgline, SC; two brothers, Jack Riddle and Henry Riddle, both of Cookeville; 14 grandchildren and 22 greatgrandchildren.
