Frances C. Stephens,
age 78 years, of Revelo, Kentucky died November 27, 2010 in Oneida, Tennessee at St. Mary's of Scott County. Funeral services were held Tuesday November 30, 2010 at 1pm in the McCreary County Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie King and Bro. Billy Duncan officiating. Burial was in the Angel Cemetery.

She was born October 7, 1932 in Stearns, Kentucky the daughter of the late Clarence and Carrie (Troxell) Crabtree. She was a homemaker and a member of the Landmark Baptist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio and the McCreary County Senior Citizens.

Her parents and brothers Warren Crabtree and Dan Crabtree precede her in death.

Survivors include her husband James Dick Stephens, sons David Harlan Stephens both of Revelo, Kentucky and Christopher James Stephens and wife Karen of Louisville, Kentucky, a daughter Laura Duncan and husband Joe of Pine Knot, Kentucky, and a sister Jean Douglas of Oneida, Tennessee. Three grandchildren also survive.
