PORTSMOUTH - Mrs. Mildred Agnes Kikpatrick, 68, of 415 County St. died Monday in a Portsmouth hospital.

A lifelong resident of Portsmouth, she was a daughter of Frank H. and Mrs. Annie Mulcurran Robinson and the widow of Byron H. Kilpatrick.

Mrs. Kilpatrick was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church and St. Paul's Alumnae Association.

She is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Joseph R. Adams of Fairfax, Mrs. Pal J. Moore and Mrs. Dewey T. Fussell of Chesapeake, Mrs. James J. Shannon of Houston, Tex., Mrs. John R. Zibelin of Wichita Falls, Tex., and Miss Catherine Janie Kilpatrick and Mrs. Robert E. Bailey of Portsmouth; four sons, Frank X. Kilpatrick and James B. Kilpatrick, of Portsmouth, Alfred S. Kilpatrick of Rocky Mount, N.C. and John B. Kilpatrick of Lynchburg; two sisters, Miss Mary M. Robinson and Mrs. Edgar H. Horton of Portsmouth; and 35 grandchildren.

The body was taken to Foster Funeral Home, where the Rosary will be said Thursday at 8 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted Friday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Paul's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery.
