Grand Island Indpendant, Dec. 3, 1901 - Martin (Warren) Mack an old soldier and inmate of the St. Francis Hospital for the last eight months, died last night. The deceased was injured by a fall while in this city and was taken to the hospital but never recovered. He was eighty five years old and leaves a son, Charles Mack, residing at Hooper, Nebraska, who will arrive soon to take charge of the remains.
