Fred E. Burt, 84, 511 Ely Street, died May 10 at his home.
Mr. Burt was born January 5, 1876 in Alma, the son of Clark E. W. and Samantha Burt. In 1900 he was married to Berty Barry. Mrs. Burt preceded her husband in death.
A farmer in Arcada Township all his life, Mr. Burt is survived by three sons, Roy of Jackson, Ralph of Lansing, and Harry of Breckenridge and one brother Lee of Alma.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 13, at 2 p.m. from the Dewey Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Hahn of the First Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
