STOUGHTON - Andrew J. Calhoun, 68, of Rt. 3, Stoughton, died yesterday in a Madison hospital after a brief illness.
He was born Nov. 15, 1899, at La Farge and married Oct. 27, 1918, to Cordia DeWitt. His wife died in 1967.
He was a prominent Town of Dunkirk farmer and an exhibitor of show cattle for many years. He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church and the Masonic Lodge at Cooksville.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Steve DeVan, Kenosha; a grandson; three brothers, Louis and Tom, both of Stoughton, and Harold, Deerfield; Three sisters, Mrs. Jessie Black, Janesville, Mrs. Ray Kessler, Cassville, and Mrs. Evelyn Yomen, Macon, Ga.
Services were in the church with burial in Lutheran Cemetery.
